Intensi Journal Psychology (INTENSI), published by Universitas Jayabaya, supports the protection of authors' intellectual property rights while promoting responsible and accessible dissemination of scholarly knowledge.
Authors retain copyright in their published works and grant INTENSI the right of first publication. Published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Authors retain copyright and intellectual property rights in the scholarly content of articles published by Intensi Journal Psychology.
Publication in INTENSI does not prevent authors from using, distributing, archiving, or developing their own work in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.
Right of First Publication
By publishing an article in INTENSI, authors grant Intensi Journal Psychology the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, preserve, and identify the article as the official scholarly version of record.
This publication authorization does not transfer ownership of the scholarly content from the author to the journal.
Creative Commons License
Unless otherwise stated, articles published by INTENSI are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Author Rights
Authors may:

Rights Granted to INTENSI
Authors authorize Intensi Journal Psychology to:

- preserve the published scholarly record;
- display the article through the journal website and related scholarly systems; and

Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted to archive and distribute the published version of their article without an embargo period, subject to the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
When depositing or sharing the published version, authors are encouraged to include the complete bibliographic citation, DOI, a link to the official version published by INTENSI, and the applicable Creative Commons license.
Third-Party Materials
The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license applies to the article unless otherwise indicated. Materials originating from third parties may be subject to different copyright or licensing conditions.
This may include photographs, figures, tables, psychological scales, questionnaires, tests, assessment instruments, illustrations, or other copyrighted materials. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission where required and clearly identifying materials that are not covered by the article's Creative Commons license.
Copyright Infringement
Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted and published materials do not unlawfully infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, or licensing conditions of other parties.
Where a credible copyright concern is reported, INTENSI may investigate the matter and take appropriate editorial action in accordance with its Publication Ethics and post-publication policies.
Version of Record and Attribution
Users who share or reuse an INTENSI article should provide appropriate attribution to the original publication.
The recommended attribution includes the author name(s), article title, Intensi Journal Psychology, publication year, volume, issue, page or article information where applicable, DOI, and the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
